Adding a Vendor Agent

Vendor Agents are the personnel from the vendor organization who will be delivering services to the client. When a vendor adds an agent and assigns them to a request, it enables mutual access between the Vendor Agent and the client, including access to request details. The extent of information shared is determined by the client, who has the option to withhold the principal's contact information if they wish.

In order to add an agent;

  • Go to the dashboard and click on the “my agents” button.

  • Click on the “add agent” button.

  • Fill out the information (the agent must have an accessible email address as all communication is done via email and they cannot l in without one).

  • Click submit.

The Vendor Agent is now in the system and their contact information will be assessible once they are assigned by the vendor to a request.
