All Predictions users have access to our basic check-in feature, but live tracking is reserved for our Managed Subscription users in order to scale with their needs.

No. This application can be added via a QR code or assigned link. Managers can add users through an invitation and track them through a unique username only. Email and phone numbers can be added, but are not necessary.
