Managing Vendors

Vendor Management

Predictions allow administrators to add, manage, and request services from their own vendors. Vendors see a limited view of the relevant information they need to plan services and assign individuals to fulfill those services.

Vendors can also add their own vendor agents in Predictions. This gives the administrator an easy way to track ordered and fulfilled services and maintain records for compliance.

Add a Vendor

Administrators can invite and onboard vendors into Predictions. Vendors have a limited view of the information in Predictions, which allows them to plan for transportation requests with minimal back-and-forth via email.

  • Click on the “Personnel” page.

  • Click on the “Vendors’ button.

  • Click on the “Add Vendor” button.

  • Fill out the required information.

  • Click “Submit”.

  • Fill out the main point of contact (the supplier) information for the vendor.

  • Click “Submit.”

An email invitation will be sent to the supplier for this vendor with instructions on setting up their account. Supplier is the title given to vendor management in Predictions.

Find a Vendor

Predictions also actively search for high-quality security vendors to add to our general vendor pool. This provides users the ability to search for vendors that supply services in their area of travel or operations. All the vendors are required to upload insurance and business licensing data. However, Predictions is not responsible, nor do we track vendor activity. We provide a vetting service for vendors that, upon approval, award a vendor a preferred Provider badge.

  • Click on the “Personnel” page.

  • Click on the “Vendors’ button.

  • Click on the “Find a Vendor” button.

  • Research vendors based on your search criteria and needs.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the box under the “vendors” field in the “add vendor” section.

  • Select the vendor you wish to add. Do not remove vendors from this section, or they will also be removed from any records associated with the vendor.

  • Click “Submit.”

Vendors are not notified that you have added them to your vendors unless you request their services for a plan/request. You can always contact the vendor directly at any time.

Remove a Vendor

You can remove a vendor from your pool and delete vendor information you have added yourself. We do not recommend that you do this. Administrators can revoke access at any time without removing the vendor. If you choose to remove the vendor, you will also remove their affiliation with any previous services or records.

  • Click on the “Personnel” page.

  • Click on the “Vendors’ button.

  • Click on the “Remove Vendor” button.

  • Select the vendor you wish to remove under the “vendors” field or “delete” the vendor (see warning).

  • Click “Submit.”

You can also add your vendors to the general pool if you choose to do so. Vendors are also able to contact Morton Executive Decisions at any time and request to be added to the general pool. They do not require permission from clients to do so.
