Purchasing Reports, Risk Assessments, and Training
Administrators can purchase ad-hoc reports and risk assessments in Predictions. All users can sign up for and purchase training.
Go to the Training, Reports, or Risk Assessment pages.
Go through the purchase process below.
Once you have ordered all your products, you can view your cart by clicking the “Dashboard” page and then the “Products” button.
You can select the products you wish to pay for or remove them by clicking on their respective button and deleting the product order.
Pay for your products with a credit card. You can choose to store your card information for future reference (card information is stored through Stripe).
You will receive an email notification of your payment and instructions regarding the product you purchased. Products orders are not submitted until the payment is processed.
Accessing Purchased Product Invoices
All administrators can view the invoices for any purchased products. Subscription invoices are stored separately through Stripe under the “Company Info” and “Manage Subscriptions” buttons.
Click on the “Dashboard” page.
Click on the “Products” button.
Click on the “Search Invoices” button.
Select the invoice you wish to view by clicking “Open” under the “details” field. From this view, you can print or email your invoice.
