Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Executive Protection Professionals to provide unparalleled security and protection to our clients. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients by implementing comprehensive security measures and protocols. This position is contracted with a high likleyhood of full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough intelligence and security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

  • Develop and implement personalized security plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

  • Provide close protection to high-profile individuals, executives, and VIPs.

  • Employ advanced surveillance techniques to detect and deter threats.

  • Maintain a constant state of readiness to respond to emergency situations.

  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.

  • Conduct security advances and route planning for client movements.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism (including fitness and appearance), discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to create and update threat, activity, incident, risk, and intelligence reports.

  • Conduct preventive maintainance and ensure readiness on assigned equipment (communications, defense, vehicles)

  • Continuously assess and adapt security strategies to evolving threats.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years previous experience in executive protection (may substitute related law enforcement and/or military experience).

  • Valid license/certification to operate as protective security and/or concealed carry permit (if applicable) at the location of operation.

  • Extensive knowledge of security principles, tactics, and protocols.

  • Exceptional physical fitness and professional appearance.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in threat assessment and risk management.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to lead as well as work within a team.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Emergency Vehicle Operation/Defensive/Tactical Driving Training and Proficiency.

  • Medical aid (AED/CPR/EMT)certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preffered Experience:

  • Able to lead, work independently, or as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages.

  • Easy to talk to, meticulous, tactful, and candid.

  • Good listener with the ability to read people and the flexibility to interact differently with clients at all levels within the organization.

  • Excellent business acumen understands intelligence analysis for businesses and government agencies.

  • Intellectually quick, with the ability to easily grasp global security concepts.

  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency to get things done.
