Managing Client Requests

Client Administrators can assign a vendor to their transportation plan/request. This will send an automatic email prompting the supplier to either accept or reject the request. To respond to a request;

  • Log into Predictions

  • Find the detail request in the dashboard tab.

  • Open the request by clicking “open” under the details header. The information contained in the request is limited until the supplier chooses to accept the request.

  • Click on “yes” under “accept request” or “reject request”. An email will be sent to the client notifying them of your choice.

The supplier can reject a request at anytime and the client can cancel the request as well. If a request is canceled or rejected, an archive of the request with limited information will be automatically created and can be reviewed under the client tab.
