Managing Client Requests
Client Administrators can assign a vendor to their transportation plan/request. This will send an automatic email prompting the supplier to either accept or reject the request. To respond to a request;
Log into Predictions
Find the detail request in the dashboard tab.
Open the request by clicking “open” under the details header. The information contained in the request is limited until the supplier chooses to accept the request.
Click on “yes” under “accept request” or “reject request”. An email will be sent to the client notifying them of your choice.
The supplier can reject a request at anytime and the client can cancel the request as well. If a request is canceled or rejected, an archive of the request with limited information will be automatically created and can be reviewed under the client tab.
